By signing up for a Sportsgamerz service, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions laid out below.
Sportsgamerz.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, and to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing or future customers. Sportsgamerz.com may make such changes or modifications to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Client’s continued use of the Services following Sportsgamerz.com’s posting of any changes or modifications will constitute Client’s acceptance of such changes or modifications.
You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as all other applicable rules or policies, terms and conditions, or service agreements that are or may be established by Sportsgamerz.com from time to time and are incorporated herein by reference. You may also elect to purchase additional Services from Sportsgamerz.com, our partners and/or other third parties, which may have their own service agreements or other related terms and conditions, and it is your obligation to review, accept and abide by those agreements as well as this Agreement.
1. Privacy Policy
Sportsgamerz places an utmost priority in dealing with your privacy. We will never share any of your personal information that you share with us. In submitting your information to us, you are giving us permission to email you with Sportsgamerz news, product delivery, and more.
2. eBooks/Strategy Guides
Sportsgamerz offers eBooks and Strategy Guides which are digital products. This means that your purchase will be delivered to your electronically via email and you will be able to access/download the files on your computer.
3. Subscriptions
Sportsgamerz offers several different membership levels to “The Madden Vault” subscription as described below.
A. Platinum Membership- The Platinum Membership subscription is our membership with the most features and therefore it is the most expensive. It is a yearly subscription that offers two different payment plans. You can either make one yearly payment of $99.99, or you can make 12 monthly payments at $9.99. The yearly payment option is the better value as you essentially receive two months for free. If you wish to cancel your Platinum Membership, you must fill out a Support Ticket giving Sportsgamerz at least 2 days notice before your membership is due to renew. If you do not cancel your subscription before it is due to re-new, it will automatically be extended for another year.
B. Gold Membership- The Gold Membership subscription is a yearly subscription that costs $29.99 per year. This subscription is designed as our most affordable option to members who do not need all of the features the Platinum membership offers. If you wish to cancel your Gold Membership, you must fill out a Support Ticket giving Sportsgamerz at least 2 days notice before your membership is due to renew. If you do not cancel your subscription before it is due to re-new, it will automatically be extended for another year.
C. Platinum Membership Trial- The Platinum Membership Trial gives you a week of full access to our highest membership for $0.99. If you wish to keep the service after your trial period, simply do nothing and your membership will convert to the standard Platinum Membership after the Trial period ends. If you wish to cancel the trial, before it ends, you must fill out a Support Ticket giving Sportsgamerz at least 2 days notice before your membership is due to renew. If you do not cancel your subscription before it is due to re-new, it will automatically be extended for another year.
All subscription payments are non refundable.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited and any instance of documented account sharing can result in penalties at Sportsgamerz sole discretion.
