You must be entering your credit card or paypal/payment information incorrectly. I have tested both paypal and the credit card payments and they are going through fine. Do you have a different credit card you could use?

I purchased ebook and got confrimation email and says my order is accepted but no email with ebook
You don’t get an email with the eBook. You get an email with a link to activate your account and then you have to login to your member account to download the files.

Check your email. You should see your login to get into the member’s area which has the file downloads.
