It really just comes down to if you would rather run 43/46 or 34? Both have some nickel and 52. The Pro one has 34 and the Defensive Domination one has 43/46.

how do you bump and run on man coverage. ive seen people use bump and run and no1 will be open i want that same coverage. and if you can tell me the best man coverage with bump and run.

How come certain shotguns plays cancel out the A gap pressure?
It’s not the plays themselves, it’s the blocking adjustments people make. That’s why you can’t run the same blitz over and over again. You got to keep them guessing where the pressure comes from
